Because they're on a show together and it's been a year. It's not just real life, they have a show to film that requires them all to film and interact together. Sandoval isn't going anywhere, he's one of the main stars of the show and is interesting to watch, like him or not. If Ariana continues like this, she won't have a job because she really hasn't done much this season. And all those other opportunities won't be there forever unless she gets a big break on a scripted TV show or something. If she truly never wants to see or speak to him or about him ever again, then she can leave the show. The other cast members are clearly tired of the stress of it and her calling the shots.
