Hmm, not sure. Check your engrams, but if its an issue with some engrams being blocked it would depend on if your playing on a server, single player or a public server. if its your save or your server check your ini settings and also make sure there aren't any mods messing with things.

At the top left, click on the island and you will get the enegram at level 19

Well its not the easiest thing to do and wanted to show multiple ways to do it besides the one way that was all over the internet. Trust me if I could've done it faster I would've 🤣 but I get what your saying i do tend to ramble sometimes in my tutorials and take longer than need be.
