Of course the problem with making *all* journalism be something you have to pay for is: if all the quality journalism were to be behind a paywall, and if all of the disinformation stays free... don't you see? Nearly everyone would just fill up on disinfo. But then again, we sort of already have that environment even though much journalism is available at no cost.
