It is physically impossible she charges at little over 900 watts when empty . In Europe my friend has the same bike and 2nd gen charger and he chargers at 220v . My battery didn't charge to 100% so it stopped charging at home overnight the day before, then I got to the charging station and it charged from 50to 65 % so it has to be the charger . We all know these chargers are iffy . The supercharger will not charge at 80amps only 10amps
Sorry to hear your battery is acting up. I know sometimes with 12v chargers it won't kick on if the battery it too low so you need to trick it by adding another 12v. With bms if a cell is low it can stop the rest of the pack from charging. That's the big drawback with dealing with these companies is there's no local dealer to swap out parts problems turn into weeks of downtime and summer will be over.
@@TECHSUPPORTEBIKE My bike is still sitting. I've been going back and forth for 10 days. I know its the motor, but they want to see wires, pics, videos, settings. (They think the phase wires were wrong, but I rode it for 10 miles!) Right now I'm getting a "Over Current" error on 2 different controllers. Hopefully monday they will have something more than questions.
If phase wires were wrong the controller will throw code the minute you hit the throttle , China always looks for tricky way to deny returns.I can hear is the magnets in the motor . I think you should do pictures, video anything they want ..that motor is easy a $1000
Have you ever monitored the battery case temperature while it’s charging? Hope you get it figured out quick, my money is on the BMS shutting things down due to a sensor flagging an issue. And maybe a sensor has gone bad and reporting a situation erroneously. Keep us posted and stay safe 👍🏽
I mentioned to you the superchargers will fry the battery.
