I can give you an idea about the fight. I know Blast is physically inferior to Garou. But space-time dominance is a very powerful hero. He has a very high knowledge of the fundamental forces of the universe. You can use gravity manipulation just like in the manga. Forces related to the electromagnetic force can be added. It could possibly also have manipulation of time and velocity. Speed doesn't just make the character fast. You can also do vibrating attacks like Flash. Time manipulation can also be done, similar to Jotaro's time manipulation. Or he can heal his wounds by speeding up time.
You forget Saitama literally defies physics and metaphysics. in the manga he kicked Demon- God Garouas portals out the way like they were 2 dimensional drawings. Pretty much anything that has to do with the manipulation of time space fabric Saitama would be immune to it, and that is because not too many know that Saitmas secret strength actually comes from the ability of being able to manipulate Time and space fabric at the fundamental levels, which is why he was even able to travel back in time to save his friends and earth. Because his very strength bends, and even breaks the fabric of reality itself.

Yo blast spent the last 4 episodes thinking he was dogging saitama out only for saitama to put blast to sleep with 4 or 5 hits in their last exchange. Really shows how strong blast is for being able to do all that while staying true to saitamas character of being hilariously op while the series is a cinematic masterpiece that rivals the actual Manga just bc of how good the fight scenes are. It took saitama less than a minute to make blast take an early yet non permanent nap but him surviving even one hit from our caped baldy as a human is insane

Really impressive, saitama's cape is so resistant 😄 hope to see a interdimentional fight with portal's transfert , and see a little bit god and see him able to hurt saitama and forces them to come back on earth , before disapearing , which make saitama really motivate to go with blast and see his dimentional team.

punching someone and then holding a part of their face actually doesnt sound like a bad move, you punch the person, and then to add on to the pain, you pull them back with your hand even after the force of the punch is still moving their head forward, therefore nearly ripping the persons skin off if you do it strong enough

I know some people like downplaying OPM characters in all but I can I can for sure say that blast is bare minimum low universal while cosmic garou is universal

There is literally zero evidence for that, but okay. The absolute peak of destructive power shown is multi-star level. All the stars we see are part of the milky way galaxy, and while wiping out a chunk of stars in the sky is impressive, the fact that it only took out a chunk means that the serious punch was below galaxy level.
whooped Blast while holding back! OPM is just awesome!! He could go all out at speed of light and garou would be gone, reduced to atoms
