Can you get the dump bed with scissor lift in stead of that Long Tall cylinder it just looks too vulnerable to damage I'm interested in a loader with the trailer with scissor lift with the cylinder under the bed is this possible with your company

For a firewood business or general yard debri cleanup !!! This unit would be ideal. Wouldn't think a high volume tree service wouldn't put much action on this... but overall I'd say it's very practical and could be widely used in a # of applications.

The nest on the trailer for grapple /boom is similar to what the reach on a log trailer sits in on cab guard of truck when empty. You can buy a rubber plastic piece that is built just for that purpose. Modify your metal bracket to fit it. ,It would last forever and look purpose built.

Have you ever thought about adding a small stool by the controls so the operator is comfortable from a long days work??
Takes about 12 minutes to load and half that to unload. I’m never there long enough to sit down.

U could change the log grab to a clamshell or a a small scrap/rock claw be handy for a say a scrap an with a pick up 👍and mabey a telescope end boom

If you need to roll forward should you put the boom forward in the bed of truck? Also can you get the Honda motor on this trailer?
Are you asking about moving while loading or dumping? It’s best to have the loader balanced over the trailer or high and tight. You don’t want the weight off the side with the outriggers up. That is a Honda motor on the trailer.
Hey AJ good sales pitch, looks like a quality unit. I know everything has it's limits, it would of been nice to see that log loaded (maybe 14 seconds). This contraption is a log-loader after all.

This is amazing! What is the weight of a unitl like this unloaded? Also how heavy tongue weight?
curb weight is about 5,500# and tongue wait is about 1800#'s
Is there any variation on the shape and use of the grapple? I have been wondering if I could use this woth a wider hand for grabbing piles of leaves and garbage??
We do offer other grapples or a bolt on/pin on clam shell style grapple sections

Can you pull away if trailer dump is up, so long logs or long brush can be dumped out?
Yes, it will fully function as a dump trailer. Keep the outriggers up. Keep the loader high and tight. I thinking you’ll find that you can unload with the grapple almost as fast as dumping the load.
What would you be able to change on that in order to lift 2500 at full extend?
Upgrade to a bigger boom. The 19ft lifts 3,000#’s at half and the 21ft lifts 4,000#’s

Will this trail and crane pick up a 1/2 cord bag?
all depends on the loader. the 155 picks 2600#’s. the 170 picks 2100#’s and the AM190 will lift 3000#’s

We offer them and I’ve sold them, just never had one come to the wood lot. They are a low pro w/ fenders. Dump box is 6 ft wide by however long you need it. 10k# is the typical, but we can got heavier. Best thing is to call me. 570-690-4051 thx AJ

you keep it high and tight, then rotate is 90* so the box has clearance

I own 2018 7x14 Load Trail Dump Trailer. How Much would it cost to have the JMS 170 Installed?
Equipment trailer or dump trailer? Normal trailer tongues are too short. I need 18” to 24” for the loader. We don’t do the install, but a local fan shop could do something. Call me for details 833-775-4887 thx AJ

with the doors open is it under 102" wide?
the trailers all come standard at 7’ wide. some trailers we offer with a pin/lock setup. this one had a chain and hook. it should allow for 8” per side to get to the 102” mark.

double check your local area, but normally the law goes by the listed gross weight, which is 14,000#'s

what lift at full reach?
all the loaders offer approx 60% lift capacity at full reach. So if the 170 offers 2300# at half each, you'd be approx 1300#'s all the way out
Have you sold a trailer out of the US, that trailer would be perfect in my tree company, but it's in Sweden and im not sure that it would work :(

Why would you not redesign that rattling cover before selling ?
Flying Ace , I’m not the actual manufacturer of the trailer, but a dealer/rep. I have passed my thoughts on to them for a redesign. In all honesty, I’ve removed it from every trailer I’ve used for demo purposes except this one because we didn’t really run it long. Maybe put 10 minutes on it for this review video. I think it holds heat and is unnecessary. I leave it up to the customer to do what they want.

You are required by law to secure the grapple so it does not swing and also must be flagged because it does extend beyond the inner trailer dimensions.
Securing would not be the worst idea but legally required, probably not. As far as needing a flag, it doesn’t go past 4 foot from the tail gate so no flag is needed.

Amazing unit,, however it doesnt make a lot of sense to be a dumper when you aren't able to pull forward as you dump.
U can. But u just raise the boom up and not over the side. But the way he is now u can’t because there is no truck lol

That wouldn't last long as it would crush that in right along with the medal it's coated to. Whereupon a little fab work with a thick rubber bumper mounted would be ideal.
