Just a heads up, just because the chicken is a little pink doesn't mean it's uncooked. As long as it's reached the recommended temp it should be fine, and you will often get pink bits on wings, especially close to the bone. A good indicator is if the rest of the meat around it is white and cooked through.
You guys are brave! Sushi and chicken are two things that can seriously mess you up, if not handled fresh and properly. Don't even get me started on the shellfish.

Just a heads up, just because the chicken is a little pink doesn't mean it's uncooked. As long as it's reached the recommended temp it should be fine, and you will often get pink bits on wings, especially close to the bone. A good indicator is if the rest of the meat around it is white and cooked through.
I live in Texas and refuse to eat at any buffets. Too sketch. But food in Texas is definitely BOMB!
