You are making a difficult subject very manageable. I've never done well in a math class in my life and I currently have a 96.7 average. Long way to go but I'm still amazed. Your videos are a godsend for sure!
Finally - someone who is showing what I should do when my calculator is slightly different. Also thanks for spoon feeding me how to get the correct "E" for Eulers entered. That was making me cray-cray. You saved me!
Thank you for show us the written explanations as well. Thank you so much for putting the work in for these videos!!! I wish my professor was as good as you when it comes to explaining the math.
Awesome video, you took me from spending 3hrs on 2 questions to next to 10 mins to finish the assignment, all i can say is i wish you were my teacher...
You would do the same thing as greater than, because it's a continuous distribution and technically something like 1.00000001>1, and there would be a negligible difference in the areas above.
After entering the data in L1 and L2, hit 2nd y=, 1:StatPlot1, select the histogram, make sure x-list is L1 and Frequency List is L2, hit Zoom, I think it's 9:Stat, and the graph should show up..... I'm going off memory and don't have a calculator handy, so I think I covered everything.....
I'm stuck on something that is driving me nuts, please help me, The question says X follows N(503,1.6^2) and asks to find P(X>505) so I clicked 2ND > VARS > normalcdf > lower: 505 upper: e99 mean:503 std deviation: 1.6 then I clicked enter and I got a negative probability. Why am I getting a -ve probability ?
@@MathandStatsHelp if you can’t bear the brunt of being on a Camera you could AT LEAST show your face once and only on your FB, Instagram and linked in page.

You are a Godsend. You are responsible for my 91% on my Chapter 3 test covering Normal Distributions! Thank you.
Glad to hear it helped you!

Glad the video helped! I try to make it as easy to understand as possible!

@@MathandStatsHelp the same feeling I finished in 2 seconds after 4 hours
My favorite TH-camr for explaining statistic concepts.
Thank you!
Excellent, clear video. I now look at your statistics videos first! Thank you.
Thank you so much, it really helps. I always get confused on this topic.
you can also type -999 and just 999 for the negative infinity and positive infinity
Does anyone know how to do it, if it says greater than or equal to? I've been searching for days and people only explain the basics.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Thank you so much ❤
Thanks that vedio made my day
Glad to hear it helped!
where to find apps or software for the calculator? mind share the link thankyou
I got mine from Texas Instruments.
It possible to get the link of ur calculator u used ma'am . Or APK.. tnx..
Just search for TI-84 computer software. Texas instruments sells it.
Thank you...
What are the steps to graph this using the TI-84?

Did you use the EE button by hitting 2nd , (comma button is above the 7) for the 1E99?
@@MathandStatsHelp no :( I used the e above the divide sign. I did 2nd then divide then I clicked on 9 twice
That's what is causing the problem. The value is less than 505, so it gave the negative probability. That e is Euler's number.
@@MathandStatsHelp Oh, so to avoid that problem, should I just go with 9999 all the time or sth ?
or am I supposed to use the E above the 7 ?
I wish that the
functions worked for me 😮💨
Are you hitting the subtraction button instead of the negative? It will give an error for that.
I really wonder about the teacher.Could you show your face once only please?
Sorry, I don't like being on camera. 🙂
