I can confirm that buying the heirloom collection event does not reset the guaranteed heirloom, I was 30 pack away bought the caustic heirloom then proceeded to buy 6 more packs and got my heir loom shard on the 6th pack

The heirloom system should be more consumer friendly in my opinion (I know it's EA we are talking about). We should also be able to work our way towards heirloom shards without rng. For example you do a certain amount of timed special challenges or heck do multiple difficult challenges (like "do 100.000 damage with Bangalore" etc.) and as a reward obtain 1 or 0.5 heirloom shards per challenge. At the very least, this way you could work your way up, which would result in a real feeling of accomplishment instead of this rng non-sense. I'm not saying obtaining heirloom shards should be easy, but it shouldn't be solely rng based (respectively purchasing loot boxes with real currency) either.
No just make them add a pity counter showing how many u have opened not getting an heirloom for example 322/500 and when u hit 500 u get an heirloom but if u get one before it hits 500 it resets

I got my First heilroom of my fifth Pack for wraith season 0. At that point i thought everyone would get one soon, but now i think i was Kind of Lucky haha
There's something else you can do... if you unlink your ea account from your platform and add anew ea account it will reset your items but give you all packs that you would have had in the form of your level. So I was level 180 or so and I did this and got 109 packs. I didn't get the heirloom from those packs but you could farm this by making more and more accounts and just linking your account you play on to the ea account. Idk how this works or if it does on pc but it works on Xbox at least. You will lose all skins and legends including event skins but you will be refunded with about 100 dollars worth of apex coins and a bunch of packs. I don't want to risk doing this anymore cuz I have no idea what will happen but go ahead and do this if you aren't afraid or lose any skins you have right now. Side note if they are legendary skins you can make with crafting metals than you can just get them back via apex coins or crafting materials as you will likely have a lot of both. Good luck!

Also i was so close to a 3K badge with Wraith. i had 14 kills and 2972 damage. But after level 20 SBM(skill based matchmaking) put me in predator and diamond matches. @@Themachine4688 not sure if it’s sarcasm, I read that way but, I couldn’t cope with him saying that so I did some research & it doesn’t reset it because event packs don’t count towards an heirloom so technically when you get the heirloom from the event like I did, it doesn’t reset the counter at all

The heirloom system should be more consumer friendly in my opinion (I know it's EA we are talking about). We should also be able to work our way towards heirloom shards without rng. For example you do a certain amount of timed special challenges or heck do multiple difficult challenges (like "do 100.000 damage with Bangalore" etc.) and as a reward obtain 1 or 0.5 heirloom shards per challenge.
At the very least, this way you could work your way up, which would result in a real feeling of accomplishment instead of this rng non-sense.
I'm not saying obtaining heirloom shards should be easy, but it shouldn't be solely rng based (respectively purchasing loot boxes with real currency) either.
No just make them add a pity counter showing how many u have opened not getting an heirloom for example 322/500 and when u hit 500 u get an heirloom but if u get one before it hits 500 it resets

Step 1: have deep in pockets
Step 2: give respawn all your money
Step 3: make a TH-cam channel and make a serious of you spending on your money for heirlooms
Step 4: pray that series blows up so you can make your money back
Step 5: but more packs for heirloom shards

Because you wast time. Till Level 20 you get every Level a Pack. After 20 you get every 2 Level a Pack... So you wast double the amount of Time

I got my First heilroom of my fifth Pack for wraith season 0. At that point i thought everyone would get one soon, but now i think i was Kind of Lucky haha

My friend got heirloom shards at lvl 4, he didnt know what he was doing and bought ramparts, a legend he doesnt own yet
There's something else you can do... if you unlink your ea account from your platform and add anew ea account it will reset your items but give you all packs that you would have had in the form of your level. So I was level 180 or so and I did this and got 109 packs. I didn't get the heirloom from those packs but you could farm this by making more and more accounts and just linking your account you play on to the ea account. Idk how this works or if it does on pc but it works on Xbox at least. You will lose all skins and legends including event skins but you will be refunded with about 100 dollars worth of apex coins and a bunch of packs. I don't want to risk doing this anymore cuz I have no idea what will happen but go ahead and do this if you aren't afraid or lose any skins you have right now. Side note if they are legendary skins you can make with crafting metals than you can just get them back via apex coins or crafting materials as you will likely have a lot of both. Good luck!

your probably under level 1000 , every 2 levels you get 1 alex pack, and 2 x 500 is 1000 so you dont got 500 apex packs yet

No, some, events are guaranteed to give you a certain legends heirloom if you open buy and open all the other event packs

Me having max out account and started buying the battle pass at season 3-7 no heirloom and lv 500
Bruh i opened over 500 packs and got no heirloom im level 500 which is 198 packs automatic and bought enough packs that adds up to 500 but i always had wraith heirloom from like level 12 in season 0 and i got 20 badge on 6 legends and 101010 badge and i put time in and still no heirloom
Could it be possible that you’re a couple packs short? That’s the only reason you still don’t have it unless it reset by buying another heirloom

You are actually right. I was about 300 level on my main account but i made another account and got an heirloom at level 18. Also i was so close to a 3K badge with Wraith. i had 14 kills and 2972 damage. But after level 20 SBM(skill based matchmaking) put me in predator and diamond matches. And it is soo difficult now bcs i never played Ranked and do not have that kind of experience and friends to play with. But in the end u are right . Love your vids
It seems like a lot of low levels get it like people who dont play at all get it but people who play a lot need to buy them and play play play i mean eventually it will be free by just playing by the seasons but knowing ea they are going to create sum that will make it even harder
