On the flip side, the Constitution guarantees certain eligible rights. That being the right of all inmates to communicate with counsel privately. In this situation, like her or not, there are things the jail could do to assure the inmate's rights while also assuring her safety. Without a judge having to play referee in the situation.
Her getting everyone to worry about her rights is just part of the Donna show. Of course I believe it's important to uphold the rights of everyone, but she's just manipulating here.
