- You will not need SegaTools or any of the old stuff from other tutorials that already exist to make the game work, just the game files and TeknoParrot is all you need since it has everything you need to play the game now, dont skip the account creation part because thats how data is saved, then using the mapped button on your controller for the AIME Card to load your save! Change the network adapter IP in the game settings to the gateway address of your network, and you can start playing the game, this worked for me;)

How do you fix the aime cards not working? or do you just have to play without saving?
Use the button you mapped for the aime card, hold that button when the game prompts you to until something pops up, should let you make a save. Make sure u made an account and put your online ID like in the video :)

Takes about 2-4 mins depending on pc specs, if you see a hint of blue you should be fine no worries just let the game launch ;)

Hey thanks for the vid, I was following the old tutorial and couldn’t get the minime to work then saw ur vid and just started with teknoparrot and it all worked out. Just one more thing, I’m using a dd wheel to play and I’m noticing a big dead zone in the middle, I’ve set the angle to 270 already, I saw on some old post they mention about wheel restriction in teknoparrot settings but I couldn’t find it anywhere probably got removed in the newer updates any help plz😢
Hi you can't do anything about the deadzone since it also exists on the real arcade cabinets!

@@Game-kz4ec just make sure either you or your friend are connected under the same radmin or hamachi ip, then both start up the game and select local battle, it should find you guys automatically

The game is not appearing on the menu and there's no option for me to put the directory folders. I have the Teknoparrot and the main game downloaded.
Add the Game to tour library first, than, go to game settings and select both exes

Thanks so much for making this tutorial. I have one question. After I downloaded and installed the legacy release for teknoparrot, I can’t find initial d zero and other games all show something like missing megadata”. Does that mean this release is no longer available?
@@amandaip2027 so did a full re install, make sure you have your TeknoParrot fully updated when you launch it, it didn’t appear on my list until i did those updates, and if your updates fail, just keep updating until it goes thru, that was probably just an wifi issue for me but just incase it happens to you, after update tho the game will pop up on the list ;)

1 question. does your progress save when you exit out and back in. the previous Zero V2 the process doesnt save and you have to start over again but you get to keep the points and car upgrades

@@bon290017 make sure the resolution is the same as your monitor screen in gane settings before you launch it, and are you using a controller?

Hello, I have a strange problem, and that is that when I enter the game and put the AIME card, a game from someone else appears, and I don't know how to remove it, I tried looking for files that have to do with the save, but it didn't work, check My online ID is fine, and neither is the IP, I don't know what else it could be, before I used to play initial D zero 2.11 sega tools, could it have anything to do with it?

Make sure in the game settings that direct input is set to XInput for the controller to work, it should let you map it afterwards

I want to create multiple aime card data and play with them, or delete the current data. Please tell me how.
I’m not exactly sure where the aime saves, still trying to find that, but when you map the button to use your aime card, hold the button instead of just pressing it and it will load the aime card
Now that i think about it, if you want to play with multiple aime cards, i think you can make more teknoparrot accs, each new account generates a new Online ID which is used to use the Aime card, which should mean you can change the ID's on Teknoparrot any time you want to use a different save and keep them noted somewhere so you won't forget them.

Did you make a TeknoParrot acc and get your own Online ID for the game, and paste it into the game settings in TeknoParrot

Make sure your TeknoParrot is updated if there is any updates available on the app, then restart your pc

@@DanuQAQ13 I never got that error before, I’d just try to reinstall the game, just before you do that to copy your Save Id somewhere on your computer so you wont lose your progress, Im still waiting for v3 to come to pc so once that’s out that will be the new version
I have it up and running, but my steering is non-existant. I've messed with stooze and sensitivity settings. It works fine in 8 with my G920, but for ZeroV2 not so much. Any suggestions?

@@ruined0214 I would use a Nividia Graphics Card, anything RTX 2060 or higher and you will be able to run it at full speed :), if you can upgrade the cpu that would be good too, something like a newer gen i5 or a Ryzen 5 5600x

im failing to connect to the network and it wont scan the aime card. ive already placed my ip as well
Do u have force specific network adapter checked, uncheck it and see if that works, that will stop the game from trying to connect to the network, make sure you hold the button you mapped for the aime card too, for me that's how i'm able to bring my save everytime, and double check the IP on Task Manager make sure its the active network adapter with the IPV4 Address

@@krzwa no just the game files is all you need to get the game running, segatools and all that other stuff is not needed because TeknoParrot comes with everything to get the game working, plus that stuff is super outdated. You might need to redownload everything.

when I play the game its like inverted when I press gas there is no throttle but when I let go of it automatically throttles its own

You might need to tweak your ds4windows settings, i play on the same controller so it should work fine, what ever is inverted do the opposite of it

@@000DANIELSAN000 make sure that in game settings on tekno that Free Play and EnableDist Server is checked on, your Online ID as well make sure to copy and paste the one from your tekno account to OnlineID, make sure Force Specific Network Adapter is off, and input your ipv4 address into Network Adapter IP from Task Manager by right clicking the task bar and clicking Task Manager, then go to performance and you will find your Ipv4 address at the wifi performance

can you play multiplayer against friends?
At the moment only local play if you have a second pc at your home and your friend is over, i will see if there is a way but stay posted i will update with a new video if anything is found !!!!

What ends up happening is the Serverbox opens and stays stuck on 'not responding'. Though I also have to run it on the bootstrapper version because I don't see an update option in the legacy client, and Zero doesn't even show up in there. Only 8.
@@RTR0TEK Nevermind! Apparently after fully shutting down and starting up my computer (Instead of just restarting) and exiting Riot Vanguard *before* booting up TeknoParrot instead of after, the Legacy version popped up with updates.
And now the game works totally fine. Although I'm facing a new issue where the AIME card button doesn't seem to work. Just asks me to register my phone and bounces me to the main menu if I don't, so I can only play without saving. Is that normal?
@@seventh-hydra you should be able to play with the save, have you mapped the button to use the AIME card? Whichever button you chose to map it you hold it when it asks for it until it loads it, usually about 5-7 secs or so

I put on youtube disable intel gpu they help..but if u dont have nvidia or amd it no gonna work because it make slow game..if u have nvidia or amd u put high perfomance that it gonna work perfect u can look on youtube put change gpu nvidia or amd they show u..sorry im not speak english i hope it work u

@@amompamomp7252 yes 100 percent clean scanned on total virus, if you do get a virus notification from windows which never happened for me, its just a false positive, works like a charm for me!!

@@윤호-t6l yeah you have to set the second executable when you select the game in TeknoParrot and click Game Settings, and look for amdaemon when u click second executable

From what I see in your video, it’s just a few second download? What about the main game exe file download? I saw in in your description box but after download put it where? Just in my local pc? Or just the standard download folder in my pc?
The file you download you can extract the contents of it wherever you want on the computer, in your preferred folder to keep organized
