She needs to trade advice with Shacarri and teach Shacarri how to consistently have a great start and then Shacarri can give her advice on how to improve her top end speed. Win, win for both. Ewa becomes a 10.7 sprinter and fastest European of all time. And Shacarri either becomes the fastest woman alive or breaks the world record.
Like you said she needs to run some longer races to build up speed endurance. My high school coach used to have me run the 800m to make my 400m stronger, she should do the same and run some 200m to help her 100
Eva is a fav, but she needs to first conquer Europe. When you say there's no one better?? Kambundji alone beat her several times in the 60s, 100s and 200s. Eva's getting better, but it's hard enough for her to tackle the europeans. She has NO chance against the top north Americans. zero.. For now. 200s might help, but it takes YEARS to develop that speed endurance. It took KAmbundji about 5yrs... Eva would need to race at least 200s (if not 4's) for next few years.. Maybe by the time shericka, shelly and elaine retire, she might be ready
Alea Hobbs has a faster time in the 60 meters(6.94) and she is a much faster 100 meters time at 10.81 then Ewa Swoboda. Alea Hobbs just had a bad outdoor world championship last year. Also, Alea Hobbs and another American Mikiah Brisco both beet Ewa Swoboda last years 60 meters world championship. With that said, Ewa Swoboda is still the best 60 meters specialist in the world. My favorite track star(ShaCarri Richardson) needs to run indoor track. If she loose every race, no one will care bcuz we all know she's not a 60 meters runner but if she gets faster in the 60 meters and run at least 7.4 or 7.3 60 meters race. She will break the 10.49 100 meter world record...
I like her but at the world level she's a perennial finalist. Dont think she can medal. Remember Lukenkamper is the Euro champ at 100 plus you have Kambundji and Asher Smith so Ewa is probably only top five in Europe let alone the world.

Nobody cares if she is good at the 60 meters. She has to be good at the 100 meters.
She should needs to run some 2's and 4's in practice to build endurance. Maybe do some parachute training and bleachers.
