As A Guy Who Was Building Models Then ( Teenager ) . Monogram Models Were Terrible ! They Had The Coolest Cars ! But Way Too Many Pieces on Everything ! Terrible Axles Trying To Get Wheels Turning On Them Sucked ! AMT Had Metal Axles That Were The Best ! MPC Had Metal Axles Too Originally. For Putting Together; The Order Of The Top Model Kits Goes AMT , MPC, Revell , Then Monogram !
My favorites are almost in the exact opposite order than yours! Good thing we’re not all the same, although on some of the kits, NASCAR especially, I agree with you on the wheel situation. Thanks for watching!
Love seeing the old catalogs. Thanks for showing.
That's a pretty kewl looking old Monogram catalog Joe. And we are still building these old kits from back in the day.
What a cool catalog!! Thanks for sharing that Joe!!
You're welcome, had fun making the video.
Thank you for the trip down memory lain. I remember building a lot of those.
You're welcome!
If I remember correctly around 1980 Monogram came out with a line of 1/32 Snap Semi kits... Man I wish I still had mine....
I wish all of the model kit manufacturers had an annual catalog.
KkOoL 😀👍🏻👍🏻
I have and built the Scool Bus and Mack Bulldog Stake Rack Truck kit.. Both came out pretty decently I think...
