There are 7 North Eastern States ( Near by the borders of China, Bhutan, Myanmar) Nagaland is one of them, others are Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Mijoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam. They are called SEVEN SISTERS OF INDIA.
They look different because they are of Mongoloid Origin ( Mostly people from these states have similar physical features except Assam.
