BMPCC4K is such a great camera, its the camera that started getting me more higher end paid work, I still use it today alongside the BMPCC6K. Also keep up with the uploads I know it can be hard juggling client work and TH-cam. Keep up the good work

I just got mine the other day and to be honest.. youtube can be the greatest false inception EVER especially those who FOLLOW vs lead on their own thoughts. i live that big ol bulk brick!. I love the m42 look and feel. I don't care about battery life because IT'S A CINE CAM, you will need massive power to run any camera. I got massive batteries to handle my film days with it. I don't have issues with the screen(why you pointin the mf screen at the sun?) lol It's "heavy" because it's a cine cam with more parts in it, get over it the way i see it. Love EVERYTHING about this bad boy. Choice this over the 6k even when I'm doing film. 6k is overkill unless netflix call and say something... 4k is plenty for great real tv quality 4k films like today.

Ms. Jessica thanks for sharing your creativity while using the BMPCC 4k. Congratulations and welcome aboard the BMPCC 4k bandwagon. I do own a couple of BMPCC 4k's, I have finally rigged them out and the best solution I found out are the V-mount batteries and also the NP F960's batteries with the Tilta rig you're all set. For my footage I got the Samsung T5 SSD 1TB from Costco and the SanDisk 1TB. I got the Metabones Ultra .71 and went the vintage lens route Takumar's, Nikkor, Helios 44 58mm and 2 Leica R vintage a 50mm and a 135mm . I chose the Meike Cine T2.2 lens got 5 of them. So let's get out create and film. Wishing you all the best filming in this new year and many more.

The BMPCC4K is a great camera, in my opinion. I have two 4k's and one 6kg2. If you want to start shooting a cinematic look, start with 24fps. Find a LUT that is compatible with the 4k that has a slight desaturated monitored look. Maybe use that LUTS as a grade during editing and finishing.

This video makes me want to get the BMPCC 4K.. I'm not a professional by any means, but as a cinema lover, I just want to record memories from my family and friends with the best footage possible. That "cinematic" term is honestly overused here on youtube, but judging from your footage and a lot of other BMPCC 4K user, I would say that this camera is the only sub $1500 camera that have a truly "cinematic" quality, nothing came close even that "mighty" FX30.. Hard to explain but the secret is probably the ability to record raw or prores 422 recording lol 😂

The BMPCC4K is incredible! I was recently introduced properly to it when our Director brought his along to shoot our new comedy short film! The footage looks so nice, and it was only shot in 2.7k as he was concerned about memory for our shoot days (turns out he didn’t need to be), but it didn’t even matter! Mind blown and I am now an avid Black Magic camera system supporter! Check the film out here if you want to see the results 😊
