@@meekmoogle4105It's handmade from wood and contains a lot of delicate parts so the puzzle functions. It's also an aesthetic art piece. $50 would be a steal. $500 is still reasonable for a commissioned piece. Sorry not everything can be made by sweatshop slaves for you.
I mean it is a collectors piece. Its not a kids toy, its made for adults to have on display and show their friends. Its like buying one of those expensive lightsabers. Would i pay this much money for a puzzle? No! But with a price like that its probably handmade and those workers need to be paid

Absolutely loved this puzzle. This one has just the right amount of complexity. The house itself looks clean. No excessive designs or distractions. When checking the horse out, you can notice some areas of interest but nothing readily movable. Even after every intermediate step, next one is not obvious. Yet, no step is frustrating. (Except maybe figuring out that you need to put that black piece on the ladder). Amazingly well thought out puzzle.

Yeah! Although more of a misinterpretation than a mistranslation - apparently it was common for people to call ships horses back then for whatever reason, and i guess modern audiences just took that literally lol

It fascinates me that a human mind can intricately know how to create these steps and then construct them to work perfectly. That's a genius mind of another level!❤
How cute..it would be fun if the warrior was on some sort of spring mechanism like coocoo on the coocoo clock and jumped out wielding it's little weapon.

THIS is a puzzle box! Multiple steps, doesn’t start with spinning or have that as the only solution, great decoration, its GREAT!
The Trojans were never able to figure out this puzzle.
