I just recently got out of a relationship which i found was a soul tie that was tearing me down mentally and draining me physically. It hurts to let someone go when you've imagined a life together but protecting yourself and your energy is more important.

I 100% agree you have to do what’s best for you and YOUR LIFE. If someone isn’t serving you or giving you peace true peace. It is not worth your time. And vice versa.
