Diane, you are- hands down- THE BEST asmrtist. No one even compares. All of your
" triggers" seem to blend effortlessly into your video content. No goofy staring into the camera whilst tapping your fingernails- I find that patronizing and somewhat infantilizing, when other asmrtists do that. Your seem so honest and genuine. Thank.you for your wonderful videos.
What I like about your work is the ASMR triggers typically have a purpose. I do not like when people just shove their hands/face at the mic and makes sounds just to do it.
Your work seems more natural which is why it’s better. It’s not forced.
Turning pages was my very first trigger when I was a child and whispered videos are my favorite. Plus these gorgeous books and Tolkien/fairies related content? Definitely this will be one of my top ten videos from you! 🥰

Page turning was my first trigger..i never knew what that feeling was before ASMR was a thing..It was borne tho by feelings of wonder and supreme, Divine comfort as my Grandparents and parents read to me from the best books. I just love this..thank you from the depths of my first memories and the bottom of my heart.😘💐🤲

I discovered Kinuko Craft about 10 years ago too -- she illustrated children's fairy tales, most recently Beauty & the Beast, but I didn't know she had published a compilation book like the one you introduced! Your books are beautiful, I love this kind of books so much! These books make me a child, waiting for a fairy tale! You made me dream once again, thank you! And Tolkien holds a special place in my heart, I think John Howe made masterpieces with his drawings! I bought Alan Lee's books for The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Beautiful.

Heather Moss it’s a reaction you get from ASMR. Everyone is different but it’s like a sensation that comes over you in waves like goosebumps or chills and is very brief. You can feel it even on your scalp. It is a reason people seek out ASMR even, but in my case I love ASMR for giving me a chance to sleep and relax. Tingles are a bonus.
I always get so happy when I meet people who are as interested in Tolkiens world as me. Really love the vid.

Craft’s paintings are lovely! I think I saw her work in a few children’s books growing up, and they were my favorites because of the stunning art! I know she has a Twelve Dancing Princesses and Cinderella book!

Looooove this...I love the sounds of paper, pages...I spent a lot of time in the library as a child, I didn't know what ASMR was but I was always mesmerized by the quiet sounds there, this brought me right back there!

Oh my god. I don't know if I wrote about this back when the video first came out, but I just saw the Kinuko Craft (sp) book and realized I used to have a giant print of one of her paintings above my bed! The memory suddenly came back to me because I remember thinking "I bought this from a craft store...I wonder if this is just some random ghost painter name." Now I need to look up this book, or at least one like it!
