Actually, I think putting the googles in a steam room won't fog them even if they are bad because they have the same temperature on both sides. What happens is that when you run, you build up a different in temperature between your face, the lenses and the outside making water in the air condensate between the two firsts.
i mean msrp =/= value. this model specifically is a military issue model that has a very well saturated market and are not worth paying more than 25-30 bucks for
PS for anyone looking at this now, these are rather plentifull on ebay and miltary stores as military surplus or used so yes you can pick them up for 60 bucks even less.
@@PizzaStudios yeah, came in a revision canvas bag thing with a revision tag and had a revision receipt and manual and came with an extra lens and has the R on the goggles and says ansi z87 on it
we warned tho, these goggles have a tendency to dry rot over time. I had mine three going on four years now and the rubber around the frame dry rotted and the whole thing came apart and I've seen a disclaimer about this same issue on certain websites...
I have had these for about a year and let me tell you these are AMAZING FOR THE PRICE. I sweat and heat up a lot so much then my these goggles started to fog up so I took out he padding in the vent on the top. BOOM everything is back to normal these are great for CQB these actually if the fog up decoy themselves when you run. I did but decoy just in case but never had to use it. They're also great with helmet most helmets fit with these perfectly. I had to say 4.5 out of 5
Whiskey Sour Personally I would not. However check out the Dye I4 and Save Phace mask reviews on my channel. AirsoftReviewerHD. Those are full face masks and work very well. :-) Hope that helps.
No--they're not fake. Genuine Revision brand new in wrappers with tag still on from eBay, $18 and change delivered to my mailbox. Complete with clear and tinted (smoke) lenses, cleaning cloth, and protective case/bag.

I wouldn't have shot at them while they were on my face, but I guess you got the point across XD
Lol i got mine at a military surplus store for $10, didn't know the value xd

This kid’s destined to win a Darwin Award...
I paid $5 for mine, found it at a surplus store near Fort Lewis here in Washington state.
Christopher Darell you got the fake ones there around 60
No, they were surplus the military didn’t need probably. I got my real ones on eBay for $15. It’s just been sitting in storage a while lol
why would you wear the goggles when you test them?
To show how safe they are
Percy Purple still, for something you haven’t tested I wouldn’t hold a pistol to your eye
he's beginning to believe..
@@cynthius1655 these are above military-grade, and are made for real steel, i don't think he needs to worry
He probably already tested them before the vid
my locusts rubber frame disintegrated. how about yours?
I think my friend got me a knock-off, mine is hard unbendable plastic that's super uncomfortable.
Uncle retired from the military, had a giant pile with a few of these and a bunch of other spectacles.
Vlain * liar

Just got them for 15 on eBay, foam will be deteriorating but otherwise they’re mint condition.
I'm looking at getting them, you think they're clones?
@@PizzaStudios yeah, came in a revision canvas bag thing with a revision tag and had a revision receipt and manual and came with an extra lens and has the R on the goggles and says ansi z87 on it
Hi! great video,i think that that"cleaning cloth"is actually sun reflection cover when goggles not in use,and you are wearing them on you helmet?
sfga100 Hey, thanks for the info! And I do not own these, so I do not currently run them with my loadout.
I bought these goggles on an airsoft store for $10 and they do a good job at fields
I know they are the knockoffs but I got one for 10 pound with the logo will they Hold together
I doubt they will hold to what the true revisions can. But they should hold an airsoft BB.
Does anyone know if you could wear sports goggles with these on? If not, can anyone recommend a good pair of goggles and the store who sells them.
we warned tho, these goggles have a tendency to dry rot over time. I had mine three going on four years now and the rubber around the frame dry rotted and the whole thing came apart and I've seen a disclaimer about this same issue on certain websites...
I mean, 3-4 years is pretty good for a $50 investment, no? I'd just buy another pair since it's already an expensive hobby inherently.

RazerGamer idk i was looking for same question
Can you use these for the eclipse ?
Hell no!
U hav the same intro music as levelcapgaming's intros for airsoft
Yeah, it's pretty popular. :D
also i had a question about the goggles. would you reccomend them more with a helmet or a plain baseball cap.
nick brown It's more to your opinion but I would say with a helmet would be more snug and fit better. :-)
thanks man
It doesn't fit with a hat.
I got my pair for $16 on Amazon.
I hope you know there fake
No, you got a clone. They’re $60 on amazon.
Yea there 60
bro you got fakies you're gonna lose your eyes
someone who has tried them and tell me their experiences and the durability of the glasses?
Subbed :) Just bought them 3 days ago.
They Sell Anti Fog Accessories. Like Cloth and Spray you can pick up.
ess profile nvgs vs revision desert locus
Great Video. By The Way Love the Look!
Fogged up as FUUUUCK when I was wearing a helmet, without helmet it doesn't fog up that much though.
Best goggle ever 10/10
awesome vid
I just paid 18$ on base
So I take it I can play paintball with these?
I wouldn't. Only because there is no mouth protection. (Ouch!) and Your field may require a full mask. :-)
But what about adding the mesh mask and helmet? do you think that would work?
Whiskey Sour Personally I would not. However check out the Dye I4 and Save Phace mask reviews on my channel. AirsoftReviewerHD. Those are full face masks and work very well. :-) Hope that helps.
Thanks for the info mate
Reason I am asking about paintball use is because Australia doesn't allow airsoft.
