Lancut castle is so beautiful, what a place to listen to wonderful music. I listened to Sinfonia Cracovia live in Krakow. How I miss that city. And last but not least, love this concerto and the performance

This was a huge hit back in 1983 in the Netherlands, Rondo Russo performed by Berdien Stenberg. But this version including Orchestra is truly amazing, a real delight for ears and eyes.
It's interesting...as a flute player I look at hundreds of flute embouchure to see what they look like in comparison of mine but the one thing I keep reminding myself is that everyone's lips are not the same. Everyone's technique is not the same. Sure, you have a foundation/blueprint if you will to start from but I have seen some really strange embouchures from great flute players in my day. Some play on the side of their mouths and you're thinking how in ham, sam can they produce such a great tone and techique/articulation playing on the side of their mouths and what their journey must have looked like to get to that point.
Listen to Pahud’s materclasses on You a Tube. He talks about how the lips are not the most important thing in playing, but how you focus the air. The Master Classes in Colon, Spain. Very interesting, great teacher!
