How's it going Mike. Hope the family is doing great. Congrats on all the Coppers Wheaties and Rosie's. Love the 1927 Mercury Dime. It's amazing how they would modify a Copper Coin to help them out at home. Making washers a Toy for the kids. This is the first one I've seen like this. Very cool Mike. Love all the Buttons and Watch also. Take Care Duo Family Crazie Digging
Congrats young man... you do find some interesting goodies! Can't get mad at silver Rosey dimes and those coppers...crazy!! I'd love to know what the "slotted" copper cent was used for. Never seen anything like it! As always, thanks for sharing... greatly appreciated!! Take care, be safe and God bless!
good to see you back out. those small bursts you do on the same day has me wondering as to why. You got your hands on some nice finds.. pity about that butchered early one cent though.
@@hardyakka6200 Always trying different spots on the same day since time is limited. If the spot seems very slow, I move on quickly. Glad you stopped by and wonder…😝
Amazing hunt Mike congrats on all your finds 👏👏👏 I've been doing awesome myself last week I got a 1865 2-cent piece, harmonica reed, and some wheaties and today I got 2 gold rings. Last week I also got a large flat button but, instead of having the stem in the center it has 2 marks off center like a pin or brooch. Have you ever seen something like that?
@@mikeycod7377 Wow Mikey! Sounds like you’re killing it! 2 gold rings! That most likely is a brooch and I’m sure it was a cool find my friend. Good luck out there
Give up on the manticore? See you're using old faithful a lot. Had my manticore since May and I'm just now starting to get a pretty good grasp on it I think. Quirky machine for sure but it will find the coins for sure.
Allways a pleasure to have a good catch up with a ture legend 👍 😊😊😊

That is crazy what they did to that coin 🤦🏻, very cool find.
@@TheLandPirates1 Thanks again Boys!
Nice finds. I was thinking that repurposed LC could have been made into a hilt for a knife and the two grooves were where the blade sat

That thin black coin is a standing liberty quarter. I can see the eagle on the first side you showed and lady liberty on the other side
