There needs to be an indoor pool, an indoor racquetball court, gym, and at least a half-court basketball arena. It gets very warm in Nevada, gotta have that indoors fun... maybe miniature golf or a couple of bowling lanes. Also have to upgrade that movie theatre to include a larger screen as well as a snack bar. For $16 million, I'm not going out to a gym in town, there better be one under the same roof.
