I really like this guy, reminds me of a squirrel. I enjoyed the lid snapping on moment, believe it or not EVERYONE who saw this video sympathized with you at that moment because we ALL have done that! LOL
1. Verify section 382, option 5 is Enabled. 2. Verify section 300, option 001 is set to Alt Comm Auto. 3. Verify section 380, option 1 is Enabled. 4. Verify section 301 option 1 is set to DCAA.
Hi! I changed my SIM card Provider, removed the SIM PIN, yet I get the following troubleshoot message: Cellular Trbl, Alternate Communication. I have contacted the Phone Provider, and there is active signal on the SIM card. Could you please help? thanks!
Hi Theklia, The sim card in the Communication module is not to be removed or swapped with another SIM card as they pair to that communications module allowing them to communicate successfully to the service provider. If you changed the SIM card and the communication module stopped communications with the servers, that would cause the error messages you are seeing. If you still have the original SIM card, you would need to power down that communicator and put the old SIM card back in.

is it PCL-422 provide 12 volt to the communicator or did you get 12volt from power supplies to the communicator ? Sorry my English. Thanks
The communicator gets its power from the PCL-422, which is getting power from the PC Link cable connected to the panel.
Is there an app that you can monitor your DSC Neo system with out a fee ?
