Makes sense there are less rated rookies compared to optic football. I mean a football team has 53 players while a basketball team can have a max of 15 on their active roster. I’d prefer having it harder to hit rookies/rated rookies. It keeps the value of those particular cards higher compared to something like chronicles where you get 5+ rookies to a pack.
I bought a couple blasters and pulled two white hot rookies and a signature series Scotty pippen jr auto. The white hot rookies were Anthony black and bilal coulibaly
