This TRUE story of Ada Blackjack Johnson is one of courage and determination. Ada did not despair and succumb to her circumstances, she fought back by teaching herself survival skills, while four experienced young men did not make it.

VERRRY cold there! You probably know a lot more about Ada than me, and have much more appreciation for her courage than I can ever have. Here in Africa we only see snow when it is on TV.
