Well - it was winter tested intensively in Muonio and Rovaniemi before it came out. So it should stand the cold by design :-) .My father was electrical engineer and part of the Audi development team back then. It makes my heart beat to see the impact of his work almost half a century later :-)

Where in Norway are you? You shouldn't let this gem of a car sit in the cold like that. If you ever want to sell it for a reasonable price (OK, I am joking) let me know.
In the future consider filling fuel tank full before storing it. And, if idling the car in one spot for long, clear out enough snow from the sides and back so any exhaust leaks don't build up carbon monoxide in the car's interior.
Sad to see that rare and nowadays expensive Audi Quattro in those conditions. IMO 50k car deserves warm carage during winter preservation. Moisture will kill the body, the electronics and the mighty 5zyl turbo engine.

The tank is full of premium non-ethanol fuel but the gauge takes some time to climb in the cold

Yes, normally I use the block heater in the winter to prevent excess wear during startup. This was just out of curiosity if it would start at all ✌️
