Hi David, Great update. Thank you. Have you done anything on how to pack plants to transport them to the shows with minimal damage please?

In all my years of trying to grow zonal pelargoniums in pots, they never seem to grow big enough whether inside or outside. I must be cursed. Good luck with the show. 👍

That's strange I had an identical question on another video the other day. For pelargoniums in general clay pots are best as they dry out quicker which pelargonium roots prefer and remain cooler during the summer. The downside with them is that they are more difficult to establish if the plant needs watering as you would normally cover the large drainage hole at the bottom with crocks which you don't need to do with plastic pots. So the choice is yours really, just noting that for plastic pots you need to let them dry out between watering.

Thank you David. Do you allow any of these plants to go to seed? If so have you harvested any to share? Thank you David.

Hi Jeanie. Yes I do quite a bit of breeding with the pelargoniums, videos of which you can find further back on the channel or look at the Playlists. I will be reviewing my latest batch of Regal seedlings shortly on my own channel @mrpelly.
