Pork Medallions

Had two small tenderloin I decided to cut into small medallions and cook them on my Blackstone griddle. I used Mississippi River Flavor Company's Vermont Maple Bacon Rub and Bacon Ranch Rub. Both were excellent flavors! One would be great for breakfast meats or foods and Bacon Ranch would be great for loaded baked potato maybe popcorn.
