ma'am i have doubt ,
if fruits with vitamin C have Ascorbic acid ,
then why is orange, lemon, lime, sweet lemon, etc sorted into citric acid even though they have vitamin C present in them?

Some vitamin C rich fruits have ascorbic acid, Vitcamin C also has citric acid and ascorbic acid. Most of them have citric acid for ex lemon,, lime etc

well, I am not Nabamita mam but I just wanted to answer this question.
So, the fruits or vegetables rich in Vitamin C will contain Ascorbic acid but it is not necessary that all the fruits or vegetables that contain Vitamin C will have Citric acid, and also Ascorbic acid is present in almost all the citrus fruit but as I said Citric acid is not present in all the fruits and vegetables containing Ascorbic acid.

we might not even mix them cuz they will neutralize each other
The mix will be neutral because of neutralization so phenolphthalein will show no change

Ascorbic acid = Vitamin c ( That means all the vitamin c fruits have ascorbic acid ).
citric acid = Sour taste but not ascorbic acid. ( That means all citric acid are not ascorbic but all ascorbic are not citric.).

mam i have a doubt that if hydrochloric acid is prepared in laboratory and is an artificial acid then how it is present in our stomach and how mucous cannot get burn by hydrochloric acid if it is very corrosive in nature
