may speedtech / open class category tournament sa bacolod?

Occassionally sir, hindi na kasi practical ang open speedtech as of now kasi ang ROI ng race prizes is not worth it even for the maintenance ng units. And almost wala ng racers sa bacolod na may speedtech units.
