  • This project, led by the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), is to be an ecological hospital with autonomy in water and electricity on an area of 11,000 square meters and a hotel of 7,000 square meters intended for the reception of patients or their families.
The Dogta Lafiè hospital, as it is called, planned to operate in the following sectors: consultations, general hospitalization and infectious diseases, imaging, functional exploration, maternity while privileging outpatient surgery with interventions requiring short stays.
The project also includes a VIP checkup unit. Copied from the American Hospital of Paris model, Togolese or foreign patients covered or not by an international mutual insurance can be welcomed for a series of tests over one or more days. The hotel adjoining the hospital is also designed for them. This VIP activity will be very lucrative and could attract an African clientele who so far travels to Europe, the United States or South Africa for their exams.
