    It would be amazing to see this become available as a full featured script ... would be like "wing helper" native inside OnShape.

      Couple of things here - just for the record and for correctness, we call these Custom features (not scripts) as they are in fact features like any other in Onshape (Loft, Extrude, 3D fit spline....). The only difference is their source code (the language it is written in is called FeatureScript) is not stored in the Onshape Standard library. Obviously there are differences to the support and ongoing maintenance of said Custom features, but for all intents and purposes they are first class citizens.
      We created the Custom feature concept so niche applications, proprietary workflows, and prototype future features/applications could be written, tested, deployed very easily. I suspect that a wing creator app might be a bit too niche for general release as a native Onshape feature, and there are a lot of other more foundational things that we should concentrate on first. That being said, we are very interested to make the awareness, discoverability, management and usage of custom feature even easier.
