What is coasting and what to do to avoid coasting | When to use the clutch and when to use brakes

Coasting is term you might hear when you're learning your theory test and also during your driving lessons if you're learning to drive in a manual car.
Simply put, coasting is when you drive for a long period whilst in neutral. This can be either when your gear stick is in neutral or when you press the clutch down for a long time while the car is moving.
In this video I show you the effects of coasting, how to prevent it and what to do if you find yourself coasting.

Hi Nizam. GoZondo was the original name of the channel as it is the name of the driving school (Taken from my name Mark Zondo ). The decision to change it was made because when referring people from TikTok and other social media platforms, people weren’t able to find us on TH-cam because drivingtesttips is so widely used.
