this song is by superorganism, its chorus samples another song, so when it looks like no ones singing, it's the sample playing, the korean is also a recording that appears to have been made for the song, as googling the phrases does not yield any real english results other than this song. it translates to "put something in your mind. what do you need in your heart? put it in your mind."
