A few questions: (1) what is the minimum necessary investment: buy course + what camera is needed + for the backgrounds + buy the products & accessories for fotos + have a website….? (2) can I do the course accelerated? In 2 weeks instead of 6? (3) I live in Spain. Can I do this 100% remotely or do they have to send me by mail their product (4) how is this going to be affected by the new free AI tools that make any foto composition you want in seconds?
Hi Delsi! These are all great questions! The materials you'll need to get started are a DSLR camera (or a mirrorless will work too) -- as long as it has interchangeable lens capabilities, you're good! You can find affordable DSLR options for $300+. In the course, I give lots of affordable options for backgrounds and props, etc. but the remaining materials can be purchased for around $100 to get you started. It's more than worth it as you'll make that money back early once you begin selling. As far as getting through the course quicker, unfortunately that isn't an option. Once you jump into CCL, I think you'll appreciate the spacing week-by-week to go through each step in the process. The current pace helps you have time to go through the lessons, implement each step and rewatch lessons if necessary before moving on. You can definitely do this work from Spain! There are creators from all over the world who offer this service. Nothing needs to be mailed, everything we do is digital! Question: do you create content first and pitch to bloggers (for example) or share portfolio to bloggers and then bloggers tell you what they want and you do that?
You can do both of these options, Shannon! You can use the training in CCL to help you find content ideas that bloggers are looking for, and then create them and list them for sale. Or, you can work 1:1 with bloggers and they'll provide the recipe to you - and your job is simply to photograph the recipe for them.

Hi Yvonne, there are other resources out there related to what we do in this niche. In addition to being called a Content Creator we are also referred to as Food Photographers as most of the content we create/shoot are recipes. There are literally thousands of bloggers who buy from freelancers who offer this service, and a lot of the recipes, crafts and printables you see promoted on social media and Pinterest come from those of us who do this! I hope this helps!

With these camera options, you can use upgraded lenses that produce a very professional high quality result. I personally started off with a phone camera, but I priced my content at a beginner level back then. When I upgraded my camera, I increased my prices. When I upgraded my lenses, I increased my prices again to match the quality of photos I was selling. It's definitely worth it to invest in good equipment because you'll be using it for all of your work, you'll get a high-quality result and be able to charge more too!

If you could teach me how to make thousands per month part-time for a ONE-Time FEE that I could earn back in my first month after finishing the course, I would absolutely pay you to teach me. This is how we need to look at it, we are investing in ourselves to learn new skills. @@d.a2026 You are more than welcome to do that, in the course Shannon provides what Facebook groups to reach out to, how to price your packages, coaching, etc. If you feel you don't need that then definitely don't take the course. Courses are for people who want to accelerate their growth and learn from people's mistakes so you don't have to waste time doing things you don't know how to do. It's all about saving time and getting to earn more faster, if you don't need to then I wouldn't recommend taking the course.

Is she planning on quitting her business of 10 years? If so, why? If its so profitable for her, why is she giving people who purchase her course access to her clients? Other than making money for herself, why is she increasing her competition by teaching others?
There are thousands of bloggers, these are not just her clients. These Facebook groups are designed for bloggers looking to buy, they aren’t her fb groups. There’s no way she could take on this by herself, it’s enough work for everyone to win. I talked to her about AI and it’s not threat right now.

Hello, thank you both for this information. I wanted to ask regarding the camera lenses. Is this the only lense that would need to be purchased for this purpose or are additional lenses required? Sorry I am new to this, but highly interested and would like to have an idea of the upfront investment. Thank you again!
You'll want a DSLR to start with and it'll come with what's called a kit lens. This is fine to start with, but I highly recommend a 50 mm upgraded lens as soon as you're able to make that investment. Some 50 mm options are affordable as $100.
