WOW!! It's very impressive how you pay attention to every detail, as if it were a real balloon dog. That is, I say again, very impressive. I love it. 😉
Man he made that huge. Although that being said it is cool the details in where the "rubber balloon" twists u can see the indications on this piece. Also the part where u tie off the "balloon" is nicely done and detailed.
There's always one seemingly insignificant detail that always make me shake my head in disbelief. This time it is the detailing of the tied-off end for the nose. Wow. 🎉🎉🎉
I think he would actually struggle with that, at least if he's going for a hyperrealistic version of himself, he could definitely do a cartoonish version of himself. He usually does that when he makes things that look like living creatures, he makes sort of cartoonish versions of them instead of hyperrealistic ones.

We have a local balloon artist who delights children of all ages at our Friday night market. In addition to her craft, she performs popular raps with family friendly lyrics pertaining to all things balloons and related childhood wonders. I don't know of anyone who would appreciate Amaury's mastery with this particular work of art more than she would. This would blow her mind, being made of chocolate!! Also, describing Amaury's level of skill as "mastery" might not fully capture the magnitude of his gift. He has achieved and even surpassed Cacao PhD level, and therefore I'm gonna recognize him as Dr. Guichon from now on. He honestly could be referred to as King Guichon by even the most dedicated and refined chocolate connoisseurs, yet that might be a little much.
