I grew up in L.A. California. The whole 80s scene was my time. The bands I saw at my "Pubs" were Testament, Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies Ect. And, yes they blew your mind.

@@espltd1000 This song edges out Sweet Child O Mine for best guitar solo of all time imo (I know the Rolling Stone poll gave it to Sweet Child O Mine but imo this one is slightly better). Both utilize the brilliant technique of stacking an even better 2nd solo right after of an already classic solo... the guitar solo equivalent of 'when you bust but she keeps sucking' (sorry, juvenile I know..)

Dudes... I am speechless. My all time favorite Testament song and Skolnick solo. It is difficult and you make it look so easy and spot on. The whole piece is brilliant. I am envious of your lead playing sir. I have been playing for 30 years with some down time and I will never be that good I feel. Makes me wanna try harder though. Inspiring man... 5,000 stars

No offense to Testament Chuck Billy (One of my most favorite artists of all time)or any of the writers of the original song but this version in my opinion, perfected it! I love the way the vocals we're perfectly harmonized and the instruments were played beautifuly. This is by far the best version of the song to date. Good Job to Testament and all who were involved in this version as well. Damn spot on!!
Every once in a great while, a band will do a cover that actually surpasses the original song. Alex Skolnick is a master in his own right; yet this cover takes a great thing and makes it superior. This is some God-given talent that defies words. Yes. THIS.
