This was a great way yo spend 2 hours! This part of the world is breathtaking. I did a road trip with a Norwegian friend through many of these same parts of Norway. Can't wait to get back. This was such a labor of love. Thanks so much. Tusen takk! Joe, Washington State USA

I have a tip for all TH-camrs to lower the music it should not be louder than other sounds such as talk / dialogue. It becomes much more comfortable for the viewer not to constantly hold on and adjust the volume.

The plack over the cave says that this is Russehula, “The Russian cave”, it’s a legends from 1300. A Russian boat had sunken down, a few of the survivors were saved and taken care of in a village. Because of the fish, the fishing villages was wealthy. The Russians was impressed, and told other Russians about it after they had been helped home again. So a Russian boat went back the next year. They came across a Norwegian row-boat. They killed the people in the boat, the villagers saw it from land, so they fled. One family fled to this cave, but they had a dog that barked. So the Russians found the family and killed them.

Happy New Year to you and your lovely family! That was an enjoyable 2:17:51 video, my first of your adventures. I'm an overland camper living in Virginia. I served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force and was fortunate to have been stationed in the UK twice with a one year break on the Oregon coastline, three years in Germany and two years in Turkey and Saudi Arabia. My wife then and three children were born in Chelmsford. After watching your video I kick myself in the ass for passing up a VW Westfalia camper to tour and camp. We hauled a small trailer full of camping gear with our car. I spent a weekend in Copenhagen and enjoyed it. I wished we had toured Scandinavia. We always gravitated to warmer climates in the south of France and Spain's Costa Brava. My wife and children loved the sunny beaches. Anyway, I noticed your camel figures hanging in your van and thought you must have picked them up in Morocco as I did mine (long gone now). I loved my visits in North Africa except the short time spent in Libya. I subscribed and will follow you on past and future adventures. BTW my English neighbor in Haverhill helped me get started into match fishing. I was a trout fisherman prior to that. I eventually won two tournaments. More importantly, I made some wonderful friendships. The English countryside is magnificent. Thank you for sharing this epic adventure. Be safe.

Think I've seen this before but forgot to subcribe first time round, great vid! - Would love a vanagon or similar but no matter how old, knackered or new, still way out my price range, atlhough my £150 citroen dispatch seems to be worth around a grand now, somehow lol, still it's not awd and it's not a VW!
Roll on this lockdown crap ending (I'm central Scotland), I kitted the van out for basic living just at the end of 2019 with a view to getting away in 2020, yeah maybe got away for 2 days at most... sods law!
