what lens is the whole body shots is that the sigma 18-35 ?
You didn’t use an nd filter and nothing is overexposed great footage
He used an ND for the daylight shots, in order to maintain smooth footage at both 25fps and 50fps, with shutter speed being double those framerates.

Young Fue well you aren’t really meant to change it. It should be left on 0 but some people set it to +15. It’s changes your black point but it won’t really make much difference.
