I think if tata start providing battery capacity of 40kws, many taxi drivers will start purchasing that car. They will save both time and money. Commercial vehicles does a lot of journey everyday compare to personal vehicles. This will save a lot of fuel for the country
What was the average speed you have covered till chikli which had given you a range of 201 km and 38% SOC? Did you covered this distance with AC or without AC? Does AC consume battery power in an EV?
But wat I feel still there is a time for a full fledge setup or hub across India as their is a ample of shortage of charging point though if you take into consideration the total cost to bear is very minimilistic as compared to wat u used to incurred for a petrol and diesel cars if you are continuously driving for more than 450-500 kms range.....still there is a time yup my target for a future is also opting for an EV car hopefully Tata Tigor can be the next option but still unless n untill getting confidence and rest assurance that yes now we can buck money....
Wow cool. Few things to ask (1) do you think the Wh/KM is less in Tigor EV than Nexon EV? (2) in 60KW charger, what is the speed in which the Tigor EV is charging, in terms of KW.
Yes. The better aerodynamic design of Tigor EV makes it more efficient than the Nexon EV. We say charging speeds of about 24 kW. Not seen higher. Many cases with Tata power equipment we see it charging at 18-19 kW.
Don't spread misinformation. Tata has nowhere made any comments that battery cells can be replaced. It is a high voltage architecture and opening the battery in not advisable. Secondly, the battery pack is IP rated, once opened the battery cannot be resealed to match that certification. Cell replacement is not possible at dealership level and Tata will never allow it. It is an important component of the car and cannot be fiddled with. Globally, the whole battery packs are replaced and same will be done in Tara's case. Do proper research before make irresponsible statements, especially on a public forum where buyers can be influenced and make wrong decisions.
Chargezone in west, Zeon in south.. wow... Though u made a video about EV battery burning, but cases are increasing. So please highlight the issue again. One possible solution is, not to charge 2 wheelers ev overnight, and use smartplug or timer meter, in which you can set for how many hrs your EV will charge.
What will you do when there is no oil/extremely expensive. Not asking you to buy EV today, but I guess we can welcome the EVs on Indian roads as they gives us future options when oil runs out 🙂
Great to see India joining the EV revolution. I drive a Tesla and once you go EV, there is no turning back to fossils!
Well said

@@pluginIndia that's good speed for 26 KWh of battery....
excellent coverage and video.. please make sure the music and noise does not drown your voice...Still ok..
Feedback taken.
What do comment after battery of the car goes out of warranty or gets faculty after warranty period
8 years warranty. There is no need to worry about battery.
After 8 years you can change weak cells and keep using same battery

I haven't seen anyone in my life so well dressed to go in a long road trip
How many time I can fast charge the tigor in the day?
No such guidelines
If you fast charge 2-3 times, then ensure u slow charge overnight up to 100% for balancing
nice video. how did you Exactly tackle the 11 kwh charging limit to reach 100 % charge ?
We just had to start charging again.

Will think about it.
They take chargers frm mass tech
What shall be the price of battery replacement?
Oh my God, Why are you wearing that?
getting married
There ia short of electricity all over india.load shedding no elericity .what is the use of buying an ev car.its just a headache
