Wth u mean sonic 2 HD is finished and it is so good til you realize the classic feel of sonic is gone sega kept that in sonic mania because making it completely altered into a HD or 3D game because that’s where sonic 4 went wrong and HD removes the classic vibe of classic games

@@nintendogp2017 really? They just made a remix for the Act 2 of Aquatic Ruin about 3 months ago. Was there another update on their website? I didn't see anything.

2 HD looks to be the best of the three. It has the most polish
The truth is for sonic 1 and 3 hd, they are just the original games but they’re modded with hd sprites and it just tbh looks a little bit choppy

That's cause Sonic 2 HD is the only one made by actual professional artists.
Sonic 3 HD was made by some kids who had never made anything before and some had never done art before.

@@nintendogp2017 in that case, why did they make the transition between acts seamless? Why did they make remixes of the songs for the 2nd acts? Why did they add unused animations, like Eggman getting covered in Mega Mack?
OK, these seem like minor things, but then there's this: why did they add a brand new easter egg that hints at the construction of Robo Sonic in Chemical Plant?
I can see why they wouldn't add Zone transitions, but given what they already did, I don't see anything against them making them. Accuracy to the original doesn't seem like a limitation against that.

Why are we not funding the development of these??? Honestly they are really good and deserve to be both finished and become official releases! It would be great if the developers behind sonic mania would get behind these projects and help them out.

Because they’d be making profit from the project potentially and it’d be grounds for Sega to sue

Either way we stopped making it years ago. So it'll only ever be Mushroom Hill Zone HD.

This looks beautiful! I also love how added a smile on Sonic's face. It reminds me of Sonic 3 and Knuckles where Sonic also had a smile on his cheek. It's a very good detail I really like!

This is true. Sonic the hedgehog 3 starts in angel island. If you have Sonic 3 & Knuckles, after launch base zone (the last level of Sonic 3) you’ll transition to Sonic & Knuckles in Mushroom hill.

Ehhh, Green Hill and Emerald Hill look about the same to me, TBH.
i think the only flaw with sonic two is it’s kinda buggy sometimes and that the fading effect when you are going into a new stage takes EONS to complete

It looks great but when you said sonic 3 you are showing the first stage of Sonic and Knuckles mushroom hill zone not the first level from sonic 3. I know Sonic and Knuckles is part 2 of Sonic 3 because Sonic Team didn't have enough time to put all those stages together before there dead line to have the McDonald's toys to promote the game.

this is amazing black I never knew that there was a HD version of Sonic 1 2 and 3 and I like how when you attack Eggman machines it starts getting electricity all over it and do you know that if you spindash and continueally press the jump button and then let go it will be faster

They need to update the game to where Tails can fly and carry Sonic like in Sonic Mania, Also Debug Mode needs to be a lot more like the Christian Whitehead version of it, and maybe some zone transitions. those are just my opinions of it
Man sonic 1 hd just feels like a bare bones version of sonic 2 hd. Not in a bad way though, as it still carries the charm of the old game, but with a different look.
And sonic 3 looks like hot garbage
The ONLY game that has TRUE potential is Sonic 2 HD, that game could grow into something A M A Z I N G !
