- For the first time since 2017, a handler fell during the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show agility competition. Ripple’s trainer, Daniel Haddy, fell trying to direct the Boston Terrier out of the tunnel section of the agility course. Despite the mistake, Ripple and Daniel finished the run and celebrated together afterward.

What did you think about Ripple’s performance?
Ripple goes back and checks on him. Boston Terriers are the best!
Honestly, the important thing is that he got up and finished. Also, the dog knew to check him. I’m glad both are ok. Ripple is freakin adorable.
Some people feel like the most important thing in this is to finish with a great time. Other people to finish at all. For Ripple, it was just to make sure their handler was okay!

Poor guy. I bet that was heartbreaking. They did wonderful. We all fall down sometimes. It's how you get up and finish that matters. What an inspiration! 💝

Dog needs to do more work with human on his agility
Reading comments, there are those who think it's hilarious and then those of us who have owned Bostons and are choked up at the love and dedication the dog shows to her owner. Rosebud, I miss you every day.

Aw, poor guy. I bet he was devastated that he fell and ruined their run. But Ripple still did an amazing job. They clearly have a very sweet bond.

Ripple was like a little rocket right out the gate. I was hoping they would have won. Hands down the best ending. Sweet kiss, what a good dog.
The weakest link in dog shows is always the humans, never the doggo.
The pup just wanted to know that his dad was okay...even at the end he kept looking at his dad to see if he was okay!
Dogs never judge... They just love want to be love. We can learn so much from these dogs. Good job to both.
I watched this live and was blown away by Ripple's performance! The best part was the hug and kiss after the finish! Kudos to Daniel and Ripple!
