Fallen Officers Honored in 25th Anniversary Ceremony

Garden Grove's "Call to Duty" Memorial Service Thursday evening marks a 25-year tradition of honoring its police officers killed in the line of duty. The special ceremony was held in front of Police Headquarters on Acacia Parkway. Channel 3 reports from the solemn ceremony brightened by students from Anderson Elementary School who spoke at the event.
