Awesome video, so happy to see a bike assembled and some of the engine components machined all in the same factory and that it’s in its country of origin for the brand..... well done to MV 👍👍
we are all happy that the financial situation now seems to have vastly improved. If I were to buy a motorcycle again I would go for the MV Brutale 800 (as I would go WAY too fast on public road on the F3).
@@francescovalentini2932 I never thought it was, Franceso. That much I do understand. For sure it's faster than both the Mille R and the CBR 600 RR I've had-. But going faster on a 'carenata' is just easier, since they work better the faster you ride. In reality, I am more of an F3 than a Brutale guy. I also think it is more elegant. But I also end up going more than double the legal speed limit on public roads. So I end up having to chose between the race track and chaos. So I think the Brutale would suit me from that perspective.
@@NisseOhlsen I tend to agree. The Brutale 800 is like a mid range super naked, extremely fun, sexy, and fast, but comfortable enough to travel on. Super fun!
i really hope the company can become financially stable and continue getting their sales higher as last year. they make some of my favourite bikes as well as my dream bike the superveloce ago.
Thank you Thank you thank you I just replaced the sprag clutch on my 20155 RR and could not have completed the job without your efforts to film the procedure.
@@Spankli wow, didn't know they did that ! Good choice! That's also the one I would get, as I have always gone way too fast on faired sport bikes (F3).
I really should ride my Turismo Veloce back to the factory. Always been meaning to make that trip so why not this year? Hmmm... you got me thinking now! 😆
No ce tour, a mate of mine from back in Scotland bought a Ducati from a mate of his who had a dealership in Newcastle and was invited on a tour of the Ducati factory, he said it was an awesome place and the best hit was the 'finishingbroom' where Ducati employed scantily clad pretty girls to polish up the finished bbikrs, I assume that this was only for factory tour days and not every day but still a cool finishing process, shake MV doesn't do the same! Interesting tour vlog all the same, bgreat work Bob!
One thing I did pick up on were the white superveloce S, they were assembling them with standard superveloce wheels, not the gold and black spoked ones that are white S only wheels, maybe they are not through from supplier, i wonder are bikes taken in again to change wheels when they come into factory from holding aera.Best MV factory tour on you tube so far ,you showed engine assembly room ,interesting info, you must have done this video last year new colours on Superveloce S dragsters now for 2022. They must have a lot of 10k deposit taken on the Ago superveloce there seems a ton of them in holding aera.
It adds to the Italian character of the bike lol. Amazing they can't even install a tire on correctly at the factory, tells you all one needs to know about this branding exercise.
Really great to see around the factory, amazing works of art. Can you get yourself invited to Moto Guzzi at some point? Does strike me that all of that beautiful intricate detailed work to build an ICE will become a thing of the past and videos like this will become historical curios one day.
Yes, same here. They are, though, a boutique brand and here in Nortumberland, there isn't even a KTM dealer within sensible distance. Is why I am leaning toward a first gen ff4 rather than a new f3 rosso.....cannot be chewed travelling silly distances for servicing and any warranty problems
i coudnt see many employees..did you film the factory at lunch time :) ? im so amazed that MV build the own engines which is the main part of a motocycle at the very own mv factory instead of buying rotax or japan engines
Why would you think they did not build there own engines, I am struggling to think of a motorcycle manufacturer that does not build there own engines, other than Bennili.
It's heart breaking how such a beautiful bike is so unreliable and trouble prone. My 2019 dragster rr was the biggest junk ever but God did it look good. Alwaysssss in the shop
The girlfriend bought the 2012 Brutal 675. The motorcycle was very faulty, sometimes dangerous. In the corner, the engine shut down due to the side stand sensor. In the end, the service did not know how to repair the motorcycle and they returned the money as part of the complaint, about 80% of the price of the motorcycle's points. It drove 30,000 km. He has been riding the Speed Triple 2009 ever since.
well that is weird, I had a super veloce 800 , I have A rush 1000 and in 2 weeks i will be receiving my ago, i have not had major issues with any of them, and i put about 3500 miles on the rush the only bad it was failing to read the fuel properly, and yesterday a turning signal got bad, got the sensor and its good now , have not had any other issues with the rush, i have not had any issues with the veloce and i put well over 10,000 ,miles on it. sold it for the incoming ago. if you experience minor stupid issues its one thing, but me i have not had any major issues or down time with the bikes, this is an italian hand made not mass produced superbike, it comes with certain drama attached to it, like a pagani, you cant buy this bike and expect it to be a Kawasaki , sususki or honda, different bikes different demographic, different experiences for sure.
not many seem to sell the way the production is going :)

They make a small capacity ADV type bike in China as a joint venture with a Chinese company, I think, but the rest are made in Italy, although, sadly, MV is not Italian owned.
Far far better than the factory visit that both my son and I had 15 years ago. I was one of the first to by an MV Agusta f4 back in 2000. So mid 2000s I organised a factory visit. Hi 12K Dollars is nothing mate. The superveloce cost here 48K!. A triumph thruxton rs cost about 30K; salaries are low and your a whining for 12K for such bike!
I always loved and wanted to get one. Meanwhile one of my friends bought one. It kept breaking down and breaking down without even reaching 5.000 km's. And, I never bought one and I'm quite happy for not making the same mistake.
Can't believe they let you walk around with your backpack unassisted 😅 what a basic factory, MV clearly not investing the extortionate prices they charge back into the factory 🙄 any idea of maybe owning one just set my mind straight.
A fair point, David. However, it is a small, bespoke exotica brand at the end of the day, so you're not talking Honda factory sizes or prices. That said, take a look around most boutique car or bike factories, and they will be a similar size and level of production line facility.
I do think that superveloce is a bit of a flop. I also don't think it will be a future classic. There are still loads for sale. You can make it as limited as you like, but if it's a dog it will always remain a dog! What makes future classics, pedigree and WSB wins etc. Young kids of today lust after the bike they can't afford. Then when they reach the each, they remember and loof for one. 749 R and 999 R are all highly sort after!
Lol, yes, I noticed that, too. Clearly, the cameraman is no motorcyclist. Bob was gushing about the number of Rush's in the line, while all we saw was Bob's beard lol!
