Memang frustasi, tapi bagaimanapun lawan2 sudah berkembang. Gideon dan sukamulyo harus pinter cara memanfaatkan kelemahan lawan, karena tidak mgkn bermain cepat seperti dulu.
Gideon no longer plays the same as he was before...
His injury probably left him with some sort of fear.
It's almost always never fear.
There's always some minor niggling pain after surgery. General weakness also happens depending on length of recovery with peak physical fitness taking months or more to regain.
Add onto that the fact that badminton is very technical and requires constant practice to maintain shot quality and accuracy. Time also again has to be set aside separately to build form and instincts.
Hard to do when you still have to play tournaments and catch up on points (because olympics qual.) asap and you don't have other source of income and spot on national team is under pressure.
Same thing happened to momota and his form after accident.
Also this is doubles, so it isn't just Gideon but Kevin who also loses out.
Gideon hasn't lost his skills, he just hasn't got his touch back. I do not know how long it will take though.

the funny thing is, after kelvin broke the racket, the liang and wang notice it as the video show, they don't celebrate, and quickly clab hand with their couch and straight back to court >
they show respect to their opponent... not like kevin who often look down and mock their opponent when they are the winning side..

Honestly I am just devastated by how Kevin acts on court. His partner slowly but surely gets back into it, and instead of showing positivity and support Kevin just shows frustration and anger. It’s a toxic partnership if you ask me, Kevin’s arrogance is unacceptable.
He is from the very start arrogant and toxic,just that most of the Indonesian supporter prefer him that way,pampering him all the way until now,all he is today is the result of his past

The thing you all didn’t about was that Gideon only smashed cross court because he noticed Liang’s string was just broken. So Gideon had a good reason to do that. Liang just got lucky returning the shot with broken string. Just watch the full rally you will know.

Daym.. if gideon smashed rackets for everytime kss made a risky shot that put him out of position, there would be at least 3 trucks of broken rackets
Yes it's easy to be mad at the last shot but to be fair Kevin put in 0 effort in most of the match

@@emersonlee9968 lol, do you even observe Kevin Sanjaya at all? He is super talented but also the most arrogant one and 120% a show-off. Marcus used to cover him a lot without many fans' knowledge, because Kevin loves to take risk, which could end very well or a lot of times ugly, but that was when Marcus was healthy. It is also quite obvious that Kevin is not happy with something recently, and not giving his best. He just needs to tone down a little more till Marcus regains his fitness and confidence.
