Nice welder. I am a beginner. I clicked on the video because I saw the HOBART. I am using one at work, it's a different model, but looks identical to yours. The machine is solid and easy to use. I am considering buying this welder for my own personal use. Good review, thanks a bunch.👍👍

It has been a great welder so far, no issues. Definitely needs the 220v for thicker metal. Thanks for watching

Thank You appreciate the comment. I loved building the van and had bigger plans for it before I rolled it. Shit Happens!

Nice Hobart you got there. You can crank up the "Voltage" for some serious welds on farm equipment, just balance your material prep with the welding to avoid reaching the duty cycle and the rig will keep going and never stop. Nice video, thanks for sharing.

Yes I do. It's been a great solid machine for the past six years. I often weld on 1/4 in. steel with no complains.👍

On the front of the welder...the voltage selector....the '115V' indicator be the SOLID dot instead of the hollow dot...unless I'm missing something?

The solid dots are only for 220v as well as the hollow dots,(range 1-7)But only the Hollow dots can be used for 120v, ( range 4-7). Great welder no problems as of yet!
