The kid screaming on " Roller Coaster " was just screaming for the fun of it. Well, he did all the screaming for you ! lol. You actually seemed to enjoy a few coasters today. Glad to see you having fun !
That spinning one got me and I was on my couch. 😂 After my early 20's nausea became a thing I had never had to deal with before. Once I found Bonine, it was a dream come true. I could ride almost everything again. I highly recommend and it doesn't knock you out like dramamine. 😂❤ Your travels would be a dream come true for me. Very few folks in my life even like rides and parks a little. My son likes them, just not dark rides or anything with monsters or scary. I have been by myself but it's Definitely not as fun. Thank you for letting me see parks I may never get to see otherwise. You are doing a great service. ❤
Glad you enjoyed my home park! Primordial actually has a few different endings which makes it different every time you ride. Hope you come back for Frightmares sometime!
I miss this park, I grew up going to this park since Disney was too far away for a long time. The white rollercoaster was built in 1921 and it's impressive it's still going.
24:25 The Carousel Candy store and the Scamper children’s bumper cars ride! A fire destroyed it on Dec. 18, 2021. 46:36 Glad you got to see and ride Little Toot aka Little Pixie from the old Pixieland amusement park in Oregon.
My kids and I went to our local fair in Salem, VA yesterday. My daughter is 5 and a fan of spooky things too. I told her "Jacob the Carpetbagger likes dark rides." That amped her up and she rode it a couple of times. We woke up this morning to this awesome video and she is excited! Thanks for making our morning!
I was feeling a little depressed today, but watching Jacob screaming on these roller coasters has me belly laughing like an idiot! Thank you, Jacob. 😂❤
I don't know how I found your channel, but I subscribed just to watch you on the rides. 😂 used to love coasters, but not any more. Thanks for doing them for us. I like seeing the smaller parks and small town festivals. Keep it up!
I grew up in Utah & was the first theme park I ever went to. And Colossus was the first roller coaster I ever went on. Thank you for this video. It made me tear up a little from all the memories. I am in Orlando now & even with all the theme parks so close. I still long to go back to something simpler like Lagoon. ❤
It's always a good day when the Carpetbagger posts, but it's even better when he posts with a brand new dark ride. Primordial looks incredible and congratulations on riding every coaster. Roller Coaster was my favorite, but I freely admit my bias for wooden roller coasters, and, oh my, the lungs on that kid.😂😂😂
Enjoyed the video immensely. I live in Utah County, which is about 80 miles south of Farmington. I haven't been in such a long time. Sadly, it looks like they no longer have the log flume water ride in Pioneer Village. Thanks for coming to our neck of the woods!
That's cool that they let you film so generously on all of the rollercoasters. Primordial looks like a blast. Is it just me, or does the music around 13:40+ sound a little reminiscent of John Williams' spider music from the second HP film?
yeah but I was doing that kind of stuff at that age (it was the kid directly behind Jacob that was screaming) and I was having the time of my life doing it, so I get it
Yes! I used to work at Lagoon and there would be a lot of annoying preteens like that. There have been times when I've had to remove guests like that from a ride because they were so disruptive to other guests.
It was the kid behind Jacob. Think he was trying to ruin the video. Now he'll b forever known as that annoying kid who doesn't get enough attention. What a bratty self entitled child. Didn't ruin the video kid. You failed.
Primordial was such a fun ride, and I loved the story it had built up to set the stage; I would love to see a novel set around it's world and characters
Honestly dude, you're a badass. You have an image, a good personality and you get to go to all these cool theme parks. I was at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk a day before you! Damn.
Yeah glad you made it out to ride Primordial. I won some tickets this year & was able to go & try the new ride, I knew you would love it! I was busy this weekend & watched your last video late, if I knew you were at Lagoon & I wasn’t busy I would have totally tried to come say Hi! When you said SLC I had a feeling it was Lagoon. When I saw the pressed penny machine by Terroride I was like Oh Carpetbagger would like these but I didn’t have any change. 🤷🏻♀️ Looks like you were able to walk on a lot of the rides probably because it was over 100 degrees! 😮 Safe travels to CA!
Frequent lagoon goer and local! The new construction building was just a classic carnival game booth! Not sure what it’s going to be! Love your videos and glad you enjoy lagoon!
You have some of the best coaster content on TH-cam! Great video! Those dark rides look so fun too. I admire the fact that you subject yourself to rides out of your comfort zone to educate your followers. And it's so fun to watch you ride. I love everything about this park, other than the animal exhibits. Such a waste of those beautiful trains. But I am still grateful that your video gives people an honest idea of what to expect when visiting, or what to avoid if you are sensitive to animal welfare as I am.
Hey Jacob, you really need to go visit Fort Smith Arkansas and see the new US martial Museum. You also can check out where Elvis Presley got his famous military haircut.
What takes your breath on the Spider is just the total feel of loss of control once it begins to spin and you go down the steep hills backwards. Doesn't give you time to catch your bearings and yes you can get a bit nauseous. Kind of an out of control Wild Mouse. To bad you missed the Jet star. I never not go to Lagoon and not ride the Jet Star. Been a constant favorite of mine for many many years, at least since my teenage yrs in the 70's and still going strong.
The 3D glasses WORKED!!! Wow, I never remember to had them on hand when you were showing us 3D rides and mini-golf courses, but FINALLY I had them ready! I tell ya, there definitely is a 3D effect, but its just as clear watching the direct playback. So if you don't have 3D glasses on hand folks, you're not missing out on too much, but it is fun if you do. :) Another FANTASTIC place to add to my Theme Park Bucket List! That Primordial ride was INCREDIBLE!!! Thanks, Jacob!
Dracula's Castle has a very similar style to the Ghost Train at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I don't think they were designed by the same person but that's very cool, what a great couple of dark rides
I’m surprised you didn’t do Rattlesnake Rapids behind Pioneer Village while it was 103 degrees out. It’s a fun water rapid rafting ride that’s a lot of fun. Glad to see you love Lagoon.
Second Comment - I can't help myself! I was so happy to see you enjoying Colossus!!! Wow, for those of us who have been following you all these years, to see you having fun on a really big coaster is something special!!! ANOTHER FANTASTIC VID!!!!!
Primordial looks so cool! Definitely something I'd love to ride, if it wasn't for the drop. I can't do drops due to a heart condition (oddly enough 'family' coasters without huge, tall drops are OK but no flume rides and no sudden straight down drops. But I absolutely love the story (and Queen Asdra is so impressive!) and the mixing of ride types. In the gift shop, though, I'd have gone right for the skeletal unicorn plushie. lol Thanks for sharing with us!
"Oh, a troll! A twirling head! Oh"! I love your reactions to the dark rides 😂
The unused spooky house is used during Frightmares for the Seance show. ❤️ Thanks for showing our park again!
The kid screaming on " Roller Coaster " was just screaming for the fun of it. Well, he did all the screaming for you ! lol. You actually seemed to enjoy a few coasters today. Glad to see you having fun !

Wow that ride looked really awesome and weird. You are very lucky!
The drop is different every time too.
I miss this park, I grew up going to this park since Disney was too far away for a long time. The white rollercoaster was built in 1921 and it's impressive it's still going.
What an amazing mix of Rollercoaster and Dark Ride with shooting game...looked really cool.
I love that the old classic rollercoasters still are exciting, still provoke a smile.
It looks like you're actually starting to enjoy roller coasters, Jacob ❤️
Glad you enjoyed our local park!
Great job capturing the Cannibal coaster. You made it look terrifying
This is one of the best parks you have been to in a very long time!!! This is Americana at its best!!! I am planning a trip as I type this!!!
A fun journey with Jacob- the more I watch him the more I realize we have some great people in the world!
Thanks for making me laugh
A great video, Jacob! 👍👍👍👍👍 It was great that the park owners allowed you to use your gopro to film the coasters while you rode them.
Roller coaster is absolutely the ruffest in the park as it will kill your neck and your back
It looks like a fun amusement park minus the screaming kid
24:25 The Carousel Candy store and the Scamper children’s bumper cars ride! A fire destroyed it on Dec. 18, 2021. 46:36 Glad you got to see and ride Little Toot aka Little Pixie from the old Pixieland amusement park in Oregon.

He screams like a 5 YO girl! 😂😂😂
@@wstlndieselmakes it even more fun 😊
30:00 Did my guy jacob just drop the S word??? Thats fantastic!
I was feeling a little depressed today, but watching Jacob screaming on these roller coasters has me belly laughing like an idiot! Thank you, Jacob. 😂❤
Hope you feel better
“You can stab someone then shoot them in the stab hole” 😅💀
That kid in the orange on Roller Coaster though. GEEZ 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
the sad part is he thinks he's clever, malignant attention-seeking at its prime.
Yeah, little a-hole
This park has some really cool ride hardwear. That classic Schwarzkopf Double Looper looks amazing, it's so fast!
The animal enclosures are terribly depressing tho.
Very nice to see you ride all the coasters.....Dale and sue
If I were to ever get married it would be at the fancy Arby’s at this park 😂
Awesome video as always Jacob
I love the animal characters on the new ride especially that cat animatronic
I just wish everyone would be quiet so you could hear the story she tells.
I don't know how I found your channel, but I subscribed just to watch you on the rides. 😂 used to love coasters, but not any more. Thanks for doing them for us. I like seeing the smaller parks and small town festivals. Keep it up!
All of the locals call "The roller coaster" the Woody
When you said," Oh geeze!" You almost scared me! 😅 Lagoon looks awesome! Thanks for going again.
It looks like a great park. I love classic darkrides, there aren't many left. Thanks for braving the coasters for us.
Always love seeing you visit Lagoon! Thanks for continuing to make awesome content!
"Colossus, the Fire Dragon, it has two names for no reason" Thank you "Jacob, The Carpetbagger".
This is my home park. I was researching the Terror Ride and Bill Tracey which led me to your channel.
The spider looks like a crazy mouse coaster.
You are a brave man.
You're getting better at coasters! Thank you for always showing me new destinations I've never been.
Thank you for making me cry laughing. I want to ride roller coasters with you!!!
That was totally crazy fun!
I grew up in Utah & was the first theme park I ever went to. And Colossus was the first roller coaster I ever went on. Thank you for this video. It made me tear up a little from all the memories. Very fun amusement park. Maybe one day I will get to experience it.❤
Happy to see you back in Utah sir.
Enjoyed the video immensely. I live in Utah County, which is about 80 miles south of Farmington. I haven't been in such a long time. Sadly, it looks like they no longer have the log flume water ride in Pioneer Village. Thanks for coming to our neck of the woods!
Scream o matic on that wooden coaster 😂🎢
You gotta show us your penny collection at some point, I bet it is quite big by now!
I got excited recently when my husband and I visited a museum that had a penny press. Of course I bought one. Jacob would be proud
That's cool that they let you film so generously on all of the rollercoasters. Primordial looks like a blast. Is it just me, or does the music around 13:40+ sound a little reminiscent of John Williams' spider music from the second HP film?
Omg I picked up on that 2
that is a cool coaster .. lots of things smashed into one
Was fun seeing this park. I remember going once, but that was a very long time ago. August 1981 to be exact.
Thanks for visiting, my friend!
Really good rides here, loved the classic dark ride!
Mr CB you have Become a pro at riding roller coaster. Love your videos my friend.
It looks like you're enjoying roller coasters Jacob. Love watching you scream of joy. It make me laugh. 😂
Anyone else find the fake screamers really annoying?
Yes I think it was very Annoying
It was unnecessary
yeah but I was doing that kind of stuff at that age (it was the kid directly behind Jacob that was screaming) and I was having the time of my life doing it, so I get it
Yes! I used to work at Lagoon and there would be a lot of annoying preteens like that. There have been times when I've had to remove guests like that from a ride because they were so disruptive to other guests.

Lagoon is fun Fire Dragon is my favorite ever since i was a kid still love it.
That looks so,so fun ,like truly my agoraphobia spooky heart ❤️ wants to play 😸
That is amazballs ! Where is this wonderful land?
Primordial was such a fun ride, and I loved the story it had built up to set the stage; I would love to see a novel set around it's world and characters
Oh my goodness I was hoping you would come back to lagoon for their new ride!
5:00 love the black light parts of the dark ride 🩵🩵🩵
50:14 these types of fountains are wonderful ⛲
I totally jumped with you during the haunted house lol
Honestly dude, you're a badass. You have an image, a good personality and you get to go to all these cool theme parks. I was at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk a day before you! Damn.
Can’t wait for the year end showcase/review of all the pressed pennies!
I never been to Lagoon but I see cannibal from the road and my immediate thought is NOPE. Very brave of you, Carpetbagger.
"A bunch of dangling sausages in here." -Jacob TCB
8:08 always gets me 😂
That looks like a great park!!! Thanks for sharing it with us!
I bet that Utah sunshine is murder hot today.
We appreciate you doing the terrifying rides for our entertainment, Mr. Carpetbagger. I salute you for your sacrifice
Your comments on the sword / gun /canes were hilarious!!! 😂😂
Oh my goodness I grew up going to Lagoon!!! The old school dark rides are hilariously bad but so much fun!
I think that place next to the entertainment area was an arcade like where you play for stuffed animals 😊
As always.. Great video!! Keep up the great work!
Whoa that map is possibly one of the best I’ve seen for amusement park rides.
31:12 I rode it one day because I was so hot, Utah sometimes is brutal in the heat, so it’s kinda nice to get on this! XD
Jacob, you're one brave Carpetbagger! 😱
It’s a really beautiful park never heard of this place got to check it out someday!
Yeah glad you made it out to ride Primordial. I won some tickets this year & was able to go & try the new ride, I knew you would love it! Damn that zoo train was depressing
It is pretty cruel to keep those animals cooped up like that, with no freedom, probably for years.😢😢😢
@@violetgilkes3625 moreso just the lack of any enrichment
Your so funny!
"Nice and relaxing," but "a little nauseating." 😂

Yes, because of Jacob’s videos I have purchased a pair of 3D glasses 🤓 set to arrive in the next day or two!
Awesome roller coasters!!!
wow look at that view. Going to love this one.
Lagoon is so cool!
The wild mouse rollercoaster is the exact same rollercoaster as the goofy coaster in California adventure. Just a fun fact.
I got sick just watching those roller coaster rides, I cant believe you did all that!
Having a stranger in my lap hell no lol I’m with Jacob
That "zoo" would have ruined my day.
Dracula's Castle has a very similar style to the Ghost Train at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I don't think they were designed by the same person but that's very cool, what a great couple of dark rides

not enough lynx characters, they are cool critters and deserve more spotlight.
You sure that isn’t a bobcat?
