i didn't know you can put the clarified butter first and then putting the beaten egg yolks as if it's like a reverse way of making a hollandaise. intriguing
Poaching eggs looks hard but it's actually fun and easy..That's how I poach eggs as well, but after cooking it, I place it in a bowl with water and ice to prevent it from further cooking, especially when cooking for the family and have to make 7. ;)

That sauce is called hollandaise sauce, bit the thing is you have to put the egg first and add the butter to make it alot silkier

Hollandaise sauce... Sometimes it can break apart if you don't know how to cook or mix it...

Also vinegar put only two teaspoon not quarter cup. Check out Jamie Oliver hollandaise sauce it should be slightly runny.
