We went together to Camino de Santiago and spent 6 months on the open road with our quarells, passion, crazy funny moments, and ultimate feeling of beeing alive. Cuando me salí de casa ésta canción ya formaba parte de mi playlist al manejar. La adrenalina que senti con ésta canción de fondo, mientras lloraba resignada a la nueva vida que tendría no se compara a nada. Iba con miedo, tan lejos del lugar que toda mi vida fue mi hogar, solo con unas pequeñas bolsas llenas de mis pertenencias, mi moto y mi muy insegura decisión. Lloré por semanas cada que iba a la escuela o al trabajo, pero ésta canción me brindaba melancolía y fortaleza al mismo tiempo. Después de 3 meses puedo decir que estoy bien, que pronto el dolor se irá y que ésta magnífica canción es una prueba de resilencia del momento más decisivo de mi corta vida.

Creo que aquí es el lugar adecuado para escribir todos los recuerdos bonitos que me dejaste abuelito. Se que no todos tienen la dicha de tener un abuelo tan pacífico y alegre como tú. No quiero olvidar cuando bailabas con mi mamá en medio de la sala esas canciones que tanto te gustan. O esas veces en las que yo armaba una coreografía para hacerte reír con mis bailes tontos. O esas veces en las que decías tus frases tan memorables. Como detestabas y amabas al perro a la vez cuando intentaba entrar al departamento. Cuando te sacaba la lengua desde lejos y tu me respondía igual. Tengo tanto miedo de olvidarte, pero felizmente tengo ahí un par de evidencias de lo que fuiste. A veces simplemente hay que entender que la muerte es parte de la vida, y hay que seguir... es curioso como al final lo único que queda es recuerdos, pero lo que se llevan ellos es el amor y la alegría que les pudiste brindar. No desperdicien ni un momento 💖

Aun recuerdo aquel dia que sali de casa buscando una vida mejor cosas nuevas ,en el trascurso de los años entendí que mis padres que me daban lo poco quizás no los eh valorado,pero fueron los mejores padres ,y después de mucho tiempo volver a casa aun no entiendo porque desaproveche el tiempo quizás hubiese sido mejor persona profesionalmente o lograr mis sueños. Al recordar el aquel dia que salí sin rumbo me di cuenta en el trascurso del camino que debería cambiar. Ver el mundo de otra manera quizás.

When I was young, I got my girlfriend (now wife) pregnant. We were scared of what our parents would say so we got into my car and we were going to drive away. We ended up turning around and facing the music. Everything worked out wonderfully. However, sometimes I wish we took that drive. You’re only young once and the older you get, you have less chance to truly live free. Ahem.. good tune.

Love is a tricky thing. I met a girl once and we fell in love but distance was to much and she broke up with me.
