gurl! I've found your content a week ago, binched it ever since while working - regardless of the INSANE improvement you have made in general, that jump from 4 weeks ago to THIS is an amazing feat! I get it, it's hard to see it, if you COMPARE YOURSELF TO YOUR PRO BUDS! But from a normal-human-who-also-does-the-same-and-constantly-gets-frustrated-in-the-water-because-I'm-not-ripping-it perspective, that was a great performance! Love from Germany (and soon in Sri Lanka!)

whenever u feel like youre being harsh on yourself look back at ur old vids or when u first started, also think about all the people that have always wanted to surf but dont live in an area where they can (me, i am people)! hope this helps
It's good to be critical of yourself but don't focus on that too much, in surfing you evolve faster if you have fun and no pressure in the water, that's why for the last 7 years I haven't surfed with someone filming me (at least it worked for me, of course no one is the same). I don't know how you finished the turn at the minute 5:28 because the video ended but it must have been the best and with the most style. Good video! 🤙🏽
Just flow with it. Do more of feeling what to do instead of thinking about every step that needs to happen to achieve the goal. The latter more or less creates resistance.

@ 8:10 area (please dont kill me) your upper body appears to have the energy /inertia you need but somehow it doesnt translate to your lower body. disregard if you know this. im just trying to help. oh and im talking about from your bottom turn to the top one. the one ryan said looked good was really good. you can see the difference. also gl when you come here! have fun.

Love your vids ! You need to learn how to pump your board before anything else. Get a "Carver" skate board, It really helps with surfing. Its almost like surfing on Land. It shortens the learning curve. Keep on surfing!!!!
Girl if you want to get barrol at pipeline well you better be talking to Jamie O’Brien. He one of the best surfers there gets barrol every day because he surf there every day when the surf could of course it was lovely to give you some tips bye.

Is it expensive? Always good to bring a helmet. I know someone who fractured his neck at a pool and was out from surfing for six months.
